What is your email response time?

We prioritize our customers and aim to respond within a couple of hours Monday to Friday, between 8 AM to 5 PM (UTC).

During weekends, non-business hours, and holidays, responses might take longer, but we aim to reply within 24 hours. For quick questions, our live chat is usually available, while email is better suited for technical issues.
