Get ready for Remote Assistance

If you’ve booked a remote assistance session with one of our KeySwiftly support agents, here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth and secure experience.


Before the Session

Step 1: Download AnyDesk

  • Go to the official website: www.anydesk.com
  • Click “Download” to get the version compatible with your operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.).
  • Once downloaded, open the file to launch AnyDesk — no installation is required.

Step 2: Share Your AnyDesk Address

  • When AnyDesk opens, you’ll see a 9-digit address labeled “Your Address.”
  • Share this address with your KeySwiftly support agent at the scheduled time.
Step 3: Accept the Connection
  • Our agent will request access to your device.
  • A prompt will appear — click “Accept” to start the session.
Step 4: Stay Connected
  • Keep AnyDesk open and remain at your computer for the duration of the session.
  • You can see everything the agent is doing in real time.
Step 5: End of Session
  • You may now close AnyDesk — our access is fully and automatically terminated.

Once the support task is completed, the agent will disconnect.


Prepare for Your Session

  • Be on time and remain at your computer throughout the session.
  • Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Choose a quiet space with minimal distractions.

Important Notes

  • Please have access to any accounts required for the installation (e.g., your Microsoft account).
  • Communication during the session will happen via live chat or within the AnyDesk window — no phone calls needed.
  • We never ask for your passwords or login credentials. You’ll enter those yourself when necessary.
  • Session duration may vary depending on internet speed or unexpected technical issues.
  • Remote support is limited strictly to the installation or troubleshooting of software purchased from KeySwiftly, or anything specifically pre-agreed upon.
  • We do not provide assistance for unrelated technical issues outside the scope of your order.
  • Once the session ends, our access is immediately and permanently terminated for your security.

Extra Tips for a Smooth Session

  • Close unnecessary apps and browser tabs to improve system performance.
  • If using a work device, ensure you have administrator rights.
  • If prompted, grant AnyDesk the required permissions to allow remote control of your device.
